Job Description Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Budget and Project Assistant to join our team at Agility Resoucing. In this role, you will be responsible for project setup and maintenance, budget tracking, and financial analysis using advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables.

Key Responsibilities:

* Raise and submit commercial documents to clients in a timely manner.
* Maintain project setup and configuration in SAP to ensure seamless operations.
* Conduct regular budget tracker reviews and collaborate with team members for updates.
* Assist the finance team with cash flow analysis to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements and Qualifications:

* 1+ year of experience in financial operations or a related field.
* Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and data analysis.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
