About the Role:

Riverside Recruitment is seeking a Career Development Manager to join our team in Carlisle. As a Career Development Manager, you will be responsible for connecting job seekers with their perfect role and building lasting relationships with candidates and clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Building strong connections with candidates and clients to understand their motivations and hiring needs respectively.
  • Using your resourcefulness to find and screen candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and more.
  • Conducting interviews and assessing candidates to ensure they're the right match for roles.
  • Managing the entire recruitment process, from crafting compelling job descriptions to negotiating offers.
  • Ensuring a smooth and efficient process by keeping all recruitment activities well-organised and documented.
  • Creating and maintaining a vibrant network of job seekers and industry contacts.
  • Staying informed about industry trends and sharing best practices.
  • Providing thoughtful career advice and guidance to help candidates succeed.
