Job Overview

This is a unique opportunity to join Oliver Bonas Limited as a Senior Buying Support Role - Brand Merchandising on a 12-month maternity cover contract. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales and profitability within the Support Office.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Detailed understanding of the brand's strategy, including trends and customer profile.
  • Proven ability to formulate department plans, including sales, optimum stock levels, OTB, terminal stocks, and setting targets for the team.
  • Experience in constructing the optimum range by balancing product and price while considering external factors.
  • Ability to work closely with the buyer to formulate trading strategies for the season and present alongside key lessons learnt.
  • Expertise in overseeing analysis of store sales and space to create and implement store densities, grades, and allocation quantities.
  • Skills in forecasting supplier business levels using historical sales performance and critical path delivery.
  • Awareness of current trading conditions and experience in conducting thorough market and competitor analysis.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of analytical skill and provide actionable insights.

The salary for this role is between £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading brand and contribute to its success.
