About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Merchandising Admin Assistant to join our team on a contract basis.

This is a highly visible role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key responsibilities include setting up and maintaining seasonal tracker documents, compiling and providing information to ad-hoc requests from international customers and other areas of the business.

A competitive salary of £15 per hour is on offer for this role.

As a Merchandising Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our merchandising functions.

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in merchandising and administration, and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Setting up and maintaining seasonal tracker documents
  2. Compiling and providing information to ad-hoc requests from international customers and other areas of the business
  3. Creating and releasing Purchase Orders
  4. Maintaining Editrack and SAP systems
  5. Working closely with International Supply Chain to track nil pics and data accuracy on all International orders
