- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the value and benefits of our SaaS offerings.
- Pursue partnership opportunities with strategic organizations, influencers, and industry leaders to enhance our market presence.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities.
- Nurture and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their evolving needs and proactively offering relevant solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and promptly address any client concerns or issues.
- Collaborate with the sales team to coach, advise, and motivate sales representatives to create and maintain a high-performance sales force.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and sharing best practices.
- Native-level English language proficiency. Proficient French is a plus.
- Solid experience in business development roles, preferably in the SaaS/tech industry.
- Proven successes in managing teams of Business Developers and mentoring and developing junior team members.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Negotiating and closing complex sales deals is a game to you.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients and partners.
