We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Pennine Care NHS FT. As a Principal Clinical Psychologist, you will play a key role in leading the delivery of psychologically informed care to patients with complex mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of psychologically informed care plans for patients with complex mental health conditions.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and delivery.
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to junior staff members.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of clinical guidelines and protocols.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the evaluation of service effectiveness.
- Postgraduate doctorate qualification in clinical psychology.
- Experience working with complex mental health conditions, including trauma, anxiety, and depression.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with experience of supervising and mentoring junior staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
