About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Clinical Psychologist Assistant to join our Rehabilitation and High Support (RHS) Care hub in Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will work within our male rehabilitation services across Heathfield House, Hurst Place, and Bevan Place, supporting men with severe and enduring mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with psychological assessment, formulation, and individual and group intervention to service users with complex mental health problems.
  • Attend multi-disciplinary meetings, including handovers, clinical team meetings, and clinical discussion groups.
  • Contribute to service developments as required.

Person Specification

  • A first or upper second-class honours degree in psychology.
  • Entitlement to graduate membership of the British Psychological Society.
  • Experience of working with people in inpatient settings and/or mental health rehabilitation settings.
  • Experience of working within a multi-disciplinary team.
