Respiratory Physiotherapist in Community Care

This role requires a skilled physiotherapist to work with patients in community settings, focusing on pulmonary rehabilitation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing high-standard physiotherapy interventions in various community settings.
- Conducting therapeutic assessments and delivering individualized treatment plans.
- Working independently in community visits, managing a caseload and meeting service needs.
- Participating in pulmonary rehabilitation audit and research.
- Delivering patient education talks under senior therapists' guidance.
Required skills and qualifications:
- NHS experience is essential.
- Prior experience in Pulmonary Rehabilitation settings is highly desirable.
About the role:
The successful candidate will be able to work effectively as part of the multi-disciplinary team (MDT), possess excellent communication skills, and have knowledge and experience with assessment tools and outcome measures in respiratory care.
A car driver is essential for community visits. The ability to work flexibly, including a 5-day work week over a 7-day period as required by service demands, is also necessary.
