Lead Data and Analytics Engineer

As a key member of our data delivery team, you will play a crucial role in driving the development of innovative data solutions to complex business problems. You will work closely with our solution and data architects to design and deliver complex data and analytics solutions, including data ingestion, data warehousing, and data visualization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver data pipelines and data transformations using dbt and other tools.
  • Work with our data architects to design and implement data warehouses and data models.
  • Lead a team of data engineers and analysts to deliver data solutions and drive a data-first culture within the organization.
  • Collaborate with our data science and data visualization teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Develop and maintain data CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in data engineering and data architecture.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms, including Snowflake, Google BigQuery, and AWS Redshift.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python and SQL.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau and PowerBI.
