{"About the Role": "We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer and Analytics Lead to join our team as part of a multi-disciplinary, agile, data delivery team focused on the delivery of innovative, robust, and efficient data solutions to complex business problems.","Responsibilities": "As our Lead Data and Analytics Engineer, you will be responsible for the delivery of complex data and analytics solutions, including the ingest of data from a wide variety of data sources into our analytics platforms and the production of a range of data and analytics products. You will also manage several Senior, Mid and Junior Level Data and Analytics Engineers, get involved with the recruitment and ongoing development of the team, design and lead modelling, transformation and cleansing of data into our enterprise data warehouse for consumption by both technical users and non-technical business users, and drive a data-first culture within the data team and across the business.","Requirements": "We are looking for someone with demonstrable experience in the development of data pipelines working with data from a wide variety of data sources, including different database platforms, flat files, APIs and event-driven data feeds. Experience building complex data transformations using dbt and working on the design and data modelling stages of data warehouse projects is also desirable. A strong understanding of SQL and the ability to read and write complex SQL queries across multiple platforms is essential. Experience working in an Agile delivery environment and using cloud data warehouse technology, such as Snowflake, Google BigQuery, AWS Redshift or Azure Synapse, is also required."}
