Job Description

This role requires a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to match travellers with suitable tours based on their interests and needs. Key responsibilities include sales conversion, customer service via phone, email, and live chat, marketing support, and continuous improvement through ongoing learning and staying informed about the latest trends in travel and sales.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a travel sales role or similar position.
  • Strong knowledge of our destinations and passion for travel.
  • Proven track record in sales with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
