Nurse Leader in Pediatric Emergency Care

As a Pediatric Emergency Nurse, you will be joining a dynamic and supportive team, working together to deliver outstanding care and outcomes for our patients and families.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric nursing, excellent clinical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and support junior staff members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans
- Lead by example, demonstrating expertise and knowledge in pediatric emergency nursing
- Mentor and support junior staff members, promoting a positive and supportive work environment
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring excellence in patient care
Requirements:
- Registered Children's Nurse Intravenous accreditation Prep for Mentorship course or equivalent
- Degree (BSc) or equivalent in a health-related subject, or working towards
- Specialist pediatric ED or critical care course ILS/ALS/APLS or Equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years post-registration experience at least 2 years within an Emergency Department
