Job Overview

Main Responsibilities
  • To lead a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality patient care.
  • To develop and implement strategies for improving patient safety and reducing harm.
  • To collaborate with colleagues across the hospital to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • To contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures that promote best practice.
  • To participate in education and training programs to enhance your own skills and knowledge, as well as those of your team members.
