Job Summary

We have an excellent opportunity for a Band 6 Pediatric Nurse to contribute to the development and delivery of high standards of patient care using clearly defined care pathways. The successful candidate will possess significant pediatric nursing experience in a healthcare setting and a strong understanding of the safeguarding children's agenda.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assess the needs of infants, children, and young people according to the agreed model of nursing care, working in partnership with families to implement and evaluate planned care.
  2. Participate in safeguarding children and young people within the Trust, ensuring their well-being and safety are paramount.
  3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional patient outcomes, embracing innovation and evidence-based practice.
