Role Overview

Bureau Veritas is an award-winning employer seeking a highly organised Contract Support Administrator to provide vital support across our client and internal systems. This hybrid role offers a flexible work schedule split between the office and home.

About You
  • You are IT literate with advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and MS Office Suite.
  • You have proven ability to analyse data and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain and update accurate asset and contract information in Bureau Veritas and client systems.
  2. Ensure all scheduled activities, including inspections, audits, and surveys, are updated and tracked.
  3. Provide valuable support to the Account Manager by being the central point of contact for internal and external queries.
  4. Develop strong working relationships with clients, FM service providers, and internal teams.
  5. Provide financial and data support including processing large volumes of data.

Salary Estimate
