At The City Recruiter, we are seeking an experienced Sales Growth Specialist to drive growth and contribute to our client's success in Manchester City Centre.
Main Responsibilities- Generate high-quality leads through various channels, utilizing your experience and expertise to achieve sales targets.
- Provide expert advice to potential clients, understanding their needs and guiding them through products or services.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proven experience in lead generation or sales advisory roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients.
- Strong understanding of sales principles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
A competitive starting salary of £23,000 - £25,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission based on successful sales achievements, resulting in an estimated OTE of £60,000.
