About the Role

As a Home Care Assistant with Care South, you'll be part of a supportive team that prioritizes our clients' needs and provides personalized care in their own homes. We offer competitive pay, including mileage reimbursement, and a generous holiday enhancement rate. Our Home Care Assistants enjoy flexibility in their schedules and work in a variety of settings, from morning to evening shifts, supporting clients with daily living tasks, medication management, and community visits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and meet the unique needs of clients, providing support with daily living tasks, personal care, and medication management.
  • Assist with meal preparation, domestic services, and community visits to promote independence and well-being.
  • Communicate effectively with the office support team to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
  • A UK driving license and access to a vehicle are essential for this role.
  • Previous experience in care is beneficial, but full training is provided.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility in scheduling, including working every other weekend.
