About Our Home Care Assistant Role
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Care Assistant to join our team at Care South. As a Home Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes. This is a rewarding role that requires a kind and caring approach, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care and assistance to clients with various needs, including personal care and domestic services.
- Supporting clients with medication, meal preparation, and community visits.
- Communicating effectively with the office support team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Reflecting our HEART values in your day-to-day work.
About You
- Do you have a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients?
- Are you a holder of a UK driving licence with access to a vehicle?
- Do you have business insurance on your vehicle or are you happy to obtain it?
- Are you flexible in the hours you can work and able to work every other weekend?
- Can you work independently and as part of a team?
What We Offer
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.30.
- A £2.00 per hour Bank Holiday enhancement rate.
