Care Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated Support Care Assistant to join our team at Amica Care Trust.
As a Support Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and happiness of our residents. You will be responsible for providing personal care and support to help them maintain their independence and dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Help residents with medication management and administration
- Assist with meal preparation and serving
- Contribute to a safe and clean environment by adhering to infection control practices
Requirements:
- Ability to work as part of a team and maintain confidentiality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Basic understanding of care principles and practices
- Valid DBS check
