Job Title: Deputy Customer Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Customer Operations Manager to join our dynamic customer operations team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the consistent delivery of our Live Bingo operation for our Omni-channel business.

About the Role:
  • Manage a team in a face-to-face customer service role, ideally within a bingo, leisure, hospitality, or retail environment.
  • Work within a gaming environment and have experience of creating, managing, and driving new initiatives through others.
  • Have presence and impact within groups, be self-aware, and welcome constructive feedback.
  • Be committed to your own and other's development, and have the ability to multi-task and effectively operate in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment.
  • Deliver high levels of customer service and KPI delivery, with a strong customer focus and service values.
  • Bring business awareness to decision making and have an understanding of KPI's that may affect the commerciality of the business.
