Deputy Customer Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Customer Operations Manager to join our dynamic customer operations team at Buzz Bingo. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the consistent delivery of our Buzz Bingo Brand Values and Live Bingo Standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of customer operations professionals to deliver high levels of customer service and KPI delivery.
  • Work closely with the Customer Operations Manager to develop and implement new initiatives and strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer operations services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of managing a team in a face-to-face customer service role, ideally within a bingo, leisure, hospitality, or retail environment.
  • Previous experience of working within a gaming environment.
  • Evidence of being able to create, manage and drive new initiatives through others.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and agile way and deliver on deadlines.
