About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Selective Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing top talent in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Business development and account management
* Generating sales leads and supporting clients through the recruitment process
* Registering and interviewing candidates, and supporting them through each stage of the recruitment process
* Database management and compliance checks
* Completing administrative tasks, including CV writing and documentation completion
Requirements:
* Full, clean driving licence
* Previous recruitment experience, with a sound knowledge of business development, account management, and working to targets
