Your Key Responsibilities

You will assist with office management, including the maintenance of office stock levels, supplies and coordinating staff benefits such as fortnightly massages.

You will also provide business support to other internal service groups, such as reconciliation of timesheets.

Your administrative support duties will include document preparation, routine meeting coordination and staff travel & accommodation booking requests.

You will also support the Finance Services (FS) team with key processes such as; purchase ledger, purchase request forms, purchase orders, invoice approvals, expenses, credit card reconciliation, setting up new suppliers, purchase invoice processing, allocating Good Received notes, payments and supplier relations.
