  • Provide exceptional customer service across all transportation channels

  • Expedite the processing of shipment information to prevent potential delays
  • Communicate with customers to provide tailored quotations based on their specific needs
  • Exhibit a thorough understanding of customs regulations, dangerous goods handling, and insurance procedures
  • Collaborate with customs brokers, furnishing them with accurate information for swift import clearance in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Proactively identify and report any impending claims, gathering necessary details for prompt and professional claims processing in line with company protocols
  • Interact with customers professionally and courteously
  • Contribute to business development initiatives
  • Maintain precise documentation, records, and system updates to uphold data integrity


Ideal Candidate


  • 1 Year + Freight Experience
  • Key Account Management (Retail)
