Customer Service Adviser

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Adviser to join our team at Jenson Fisher Consulting Ltd. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Vehicle Management: Manage the workflow of vehicles in the workshop, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Sales and Marketing: Identify opportunities to sell additional products and services to our clients, such as brake services, number plates, and fuel treatments.
  • Administration: Prepare and process invoices, maintain accurate records, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Must have previous experience in the motor trade, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Qualifications: Must have a strong educational background, with a focus on customer service, sales, and marketing.
