About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Reception and Sales colleague at Places Leisure. As a Placemaker, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, promoting a welcoming environment, and inspiring others to work together to achieve their best.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and self-motivated individual to develop their skills and career with our company. Previous experience in sales and customer service is beneficial, but we are happy to support individuals with the training and tools to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create personable relationships with customers
  • Manage daily operational tasks with strong execution and confidence
  • Advocate for the benefits of physical activity and contribute to our mission of creating active places and healthy people
  • Use sales tools and techniques to promote membership and services
  • Meet sales targets and drive business growth
