About the Role

This permanent full-time appointment in Gastroenterology involves supporting the Gastroenterology & Hepatology service, particularly focusing on sustainability for out-of-hours working. You will collaborate with the team of Gastroenterology Consultants to provide a comprehensive service, developing new services within the department.

Main Responsibilities

You will support existing Consultants in delivering a thorough Gastroenterology service. Your inpatient work will be part of the Gastroenterologist of the Week (GOW) rotation, with support from the post-GOW consultant. A 10 PA contract is offered, with adjustments made during busier weeks to reclaim extra PAs worked.

Working Arrangements

Clinics and endoscopy are canceled during the GOW week. As the successful candidate, you will integrate seamlessly into the team, contributing to the development of new services and enhancing patient care.
