We create engaging dining experiences for students through tasting tables, theme days, food theatre, chef demonstrations, and supplier showcases. Our aim is to make mealtimes exploratory, quirky, and fun, helping pupils build strong and healthy relationships with food.

This role will support the business around special dietary menus, deliver on-site training and audits on allergen management, deliver nutrition lessons to pupils, and ensure compliance with the School Food Standards. Key responsibilities include developing and delivering new approaches to enhance education and curriculum support, working alongside the Company Nutritionist and Food Development team, and conducting nutrition audits/assessment of school food provision. The ideal candidate will have a BSc degree in Nutrition or Public Health, be a member of an approved Regulatory Body, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The successful applicant will earn an estimated salary of £30K, plus benefits such as 33 days' holiday including bank holidays, 3 volunteering days, 3 days' grandparent leave, 24 weeks' enhanced maternity leave, bespoke training and development opportunities, pension, life insurance, and more. This appointment is offered on the return of satisfactory professional references.
