Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Nutrition and Dietetics Specialist to join our team at Fairfield General Hospital. As a Registered Dietitian, you will be responsible for providing specialist nutritional advice to medical, nursing, and catering staff.

Salary

£19 per hour (based on Band 6 pay scale).

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in an acute hospital setting, delivering high-quality support to patients requiring enteral and parenteral feeding and oral nutritional support.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide specialist nutritional advice to medical, nursing, and catering staff.
  • Maintain clinical responsibility for your own caseload and that of delegated tasks.
  • Contribute to the Nutrition and Dietetic service through participation in service development.

Requirements

  • Dietetics degree or equivalent.
  • UK Driving License/Use of a car for work essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
