About the Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced Aerospace Administration Specialist to join our team in Warton. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a global aerospace and defence organisation, protecting people and maintaining maximum national security.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advice on services and offering support with minimal supervision, following established methods and procedures. You will handle requests related to employee services processes to agreed service level specifications and accuracy measures.

The Role
  1. Providing Support and Advice: You will provide advice on services and offer support with minimal supervision, following established methods and procedures.
  2. Handling Employee Services Requests: You will handle requests related to employee services processes to agreed service level specifications and accuracy measures.
  3. Achieving Quality Performance Measures: You will achieve individual and team quality performance measures and standards.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will have experience in a similar position, ideally with customer service experience, strong administration background, and knowledge of HR administration.
