Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and integrate Contract Support Quality activities across multi-disciplined teams.
  • Collaborate with the Customer community, Service Delivery Units, and stakeholders to ensure that activities to support Customers and Contracts are agreed, managed, and progressed.
  • Manage improvement activities across multi-disciplined teams.
  • Operate as the focal point for all In-Service Customer engagements relating to the Quality of our In-Service products and services.
  • Proactively drive Quality and business-led improvements activities focused towards improving the quality of our products and services.
Requirements
  • HND/HNC (or equivalent relevant experience) in Quality or a STEM subject (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).
  • Knowledge of quality requirements for aerospace and defence contracts.
  • Ability to act independently, impartially, and objectively.
  • Articulate reports, conclusions, and findings to management and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with key investigation and improvement tools and techniques (6 sigma, 8D, PFMEA, lean).
