Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic Administrative Support Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis.

About the Role:
  • Collaborate with the Operations Team to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Review and refine processes for maximum efficiency.
  • Manage internal audit schedules to maintain compliance.
  • Collect and analyse data to identify client growth opportunities.
  • Support daily administrative tasks, including handling inquiries, document formatting, procurement, and bookings.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for departmental administrative needs.
  • Oversee projects by monitoring timelines, deliverables, and updating action plans.
  • Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
  • E nsure resources are in place to meet business demands.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
