Healthcare Support Worker Role

We are seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Clinical Support Worker. As a key member of our midwifery team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care. With excellent organizational and communication skills, you will work collaboratively with our registered professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality personal care and associated duties under the direction of a registered professional
• Support the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care to patients and their relatives
• Assist with the preparation of patients for treatment, investigations, or procedures
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to Trust infection control procedures
Person Specification:
• GCSE level A-C English and Maths or equivalent qualifications
• Experience working as part of a team and in a healthcare or people-centred environment
• Ability to work flexibly over a 24-hour period and perform moderate to intense physical effort throughout the day
Salary: £18,005-£20,702 per annum (dependent on experience)
Location: South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust
