We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Relations Manager to join our dynamic team at the iconic Leonardo Royal Hotel Oxford. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out duty management shifts, plan and ensure the hotel is ready for the day's business, preparing for the morning meeting and sharing information with the team.
  • Supervise the day-to-day operation and ensure exceptional guest service, being out and about in the hotel to monitor and improve our services.
  • Manage the hotel concierge service, coordinating duties and assisting in busy periods to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Make pre-arrival calls to maximize upselling opportunities and increase guest satisfaction, as well as meet and greet VIP guests.
