Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd is looking for an experienced Orthopaedic Scrub Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner to fill the position of Lead Orthopaedic Scrub in Essex. The successful candidate will perform the scrub role in consultant-led orthopaedic surgeries, work effectively both independently and as part of a team, and support the development and training of junior staff.

As a Lead Orthopaedic Scrub, you will utilise your orthopaedic scrub experience to ensure high standards of care, manage people and processes within the theatre environment, and maintain current NMC/HCPC registration. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of orthopaedic scrub experience, current NMC/HCPC registration, and proven ability to manage people and work effectively in a team.
