Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Orthopaedic Lead Theatre Nurse / ODP to join our team. You will be responsible for working closely with our consultant-led surgery team, providing scrub services for a variety of complex surgeries, leading the theatre team, and developing and implementing strategies to improve patient outcomes and staff engagement.

Responsibilities
- Provide expert scrub services for consultant-led surgeries
- Work collaboratively with the theatre team to ensure smooth operation
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and staff engagement
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in orthopaedic scrub nursing and share knowledge with the team

Salary and Benefits
- Competitive salary: £40,000 - £43,500 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)
- Flexible shifts and full-time contract

Person Specification
The ideal candidate will have a valid NMC/HCPC registration with no restrictions and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. At least 2 years' UK management experience in orthopaedic scrub is essential for this position.
