Peri-Operative Care Specialist

We are recruiting for a Theatre Scrub Nurse Team Leader to work at East Suffolk & North Essex NHS Foundation Trust, Colchester General Hospital.
About the Job:
- Lead a team of theatre staff to deliver efficient and effective peri-operative care.
- Work closely with surgeons, anaesthetists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth surgical procedures.
- Develop and maintain excellent communication skills to manage complex situations effectively.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 months' experience in an acute hospital as a nurse team leader scrub ward environment within the last 3 years.
- Advanced scrub competencies or Qualified Surgical First Assistant or Cell Salvage operator or Specialist knowledge in an additional/equivalent speciality field.
Salary: £21.80 - £34.87 per hour (day, Saturday/Nights, Sunday/Bank Holidays)
