Theatre Scrub Professional

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Surgical Team Assistant to join our team at the East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 months' experience as a Theatre Practitioner within the last 3 years.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
The job involves working in a fast-paced environment, where attention to detail and organizational skills are essential. The ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently is also required.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing skilled clinical and technical assistance as a member of the operating theatre team, participating in the assessment of patient care needs, implementing and maintaining agreed standards of care, and following codes of professional practice to provide high-quality care to patients undergoing treatment within the Peri-Operative Environment.
