Job Overview

As a skilled Mechanical Equipment Technician, you will play a crucial role in the assembly, installation, modification, repair/maintenance, and diagnostics of mechanical equipment/systems within the boatbuilding process. Your expertise will also be applied to the repair of all classes of Lifeboats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake the installation, modification, and maintenance of marine mechanical equipment and systems
  • Conduct thorough testing and commissioning of marine mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve mechanical issues in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in mechanical equipment installation, modification, and maintenance
  • Strong understanding of marine mechanical systems and equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
