Reed is seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team as a Part Time Receptionist. This is a pivotal role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and Assist Visitors: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all visitors, contractors, and personnel, ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements.
- Manage Front Desk Operations: Manage car park allocations and overflow arrangements, serve as the first point of contact for switchboard calls, and redirect as necessary.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including document management and compliance with company policies.
- Facilities Management: Maintain and distribute stock of stationery and refreshments, considering value and environmental impact, and manage incoming and outgoing post and operate the franking machine.
- Meeting and Event Coordination: Coordinate meeting room bookings, order lunches, and maintain communal areas and conference rooms.
**Requirements**
- Education and Experience: Good standard of general education with proficient written and spoken English, and previous experience within a Reception or Customer Facing role.
- Skills and Qualifications: Competent in the use of Microsoft Office, strong administrative and written communication skills, process-driven with good time management, self-motivated and results-driven, committed to high service levels, and interest in self-development and embodying company values.
