Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Band 5 Community Dietitian to join our Nutrition and Dietetics team in North East London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing dietetic assessment and treatment for adults residing in Havering, working collaboratively with dietitians and multi-disciplinary teams to improve nutritional care for patients across the area.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide dietetic assessment and treatment for adults residing in Havering, working collaboratively with dietitians and multi-disciplinary teams to improve nutritional care for patients across the area.
  • Work collaboratively with dietitians and multi-disciplinary teams to improve nutritional care for patients across the area.
  • Demonstrate sensitivity, non-judgment, and professionalism in dealing with patients, providing advice in a considerate manner.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to professional development and training opportunities.
  • Possess excellent communication and time management skills to efficiently coordinate tasks and interactions with patients, carers, and fellow health professionals.
  • Contribute to student training and the development of other team members.
  • Be able to travel efficiently to fulfill job requirements, working across the three boroughs – Barking, Dagenham, Redbridge, and Havering.
