About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paediatric Diabetes Dietitian to join our dynamic and progressive team at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dietetics and experience working with paediatric patients with diabetes. They will be responsible for providing expert care and support to our patients, working closely with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide dietetic care and support to paediatric patients with diabetes
  • Work closely with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless care
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans for patients
  • Contribute to the development of the Paediatric Diabetes Service

Requirements

  • Registered Dietitian with a strong background in paediatric dietetics
  • Experience working with paediatric patients with diabetes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
