Recruitment Business Development Manager

Candidate Generation & Management: Ability to fully qualify candidates, ask challenging questions, and consult them on relevant opportunities within their market. Utilising LinkedIn to build a network of passive candidates, constructing professional emails to engage passive candidates, and thoroughly qualifying candidates in line with the company standard.
Business Development & Account Management: Building meaningful client relationships, developing and maintaining a portfolio of client relationships, and advising clients on the benefits of exclusivity. Competent in asking good open questions to qualify client requirements, confident in having face-to-face meetings with clients to win business, and able to use industry insights and the company's extensive network to advise clients on tailored recruitment solutions.
Vacancy & Placement Management: Competent in managing the 360-recruitment process, conducting comprehensive job qualifications, and using industry/market knowledge to influence and consult clients. Managing expectations of clients, negotiating and managing the offer process, and presenting clients with relevant candidates.
