The HR Consultants is a reputable recruitment agency that specializes in providing top talent to various industries. We are currently seeking a skilled individual to fill the role of Recruitment Business Development Manager.

Job Description:
As a Recruitment Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and client acquisition. This includes generating revenue, originating new clients, and developing specialist knowledge in a specific area. You will also be expected to demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Key Responsibilities:
* Originate your own roles and originate new clients* Develop specialist knowledge in a specific area* Identify and approach top 5 candidates per search with allocated researcher listening to call* Create a market target list and core skillset matrix for research team (if used)* Interview every shortlisted candidate via VC or f2f* Sell candidates at shortlist stage with passion and in-depth knowledge* Prep all candidates and clients pre interview, including presenting push and pull pre-interview data to clients* Assist research team with cross referencing, market intelligence report and longlist analytics* Document pitch documents, market maps, proposals and shortlists in line with client requirements and company standards* Market ourselves on LinkedIn for personal brand development and marketing our clients* Provide advisory role to clients on recruitment best practices, market intel, job descriptions, interview techniques, and employment laws* Build outstanding relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and provide the best possible service* Meet targets set out by the business for filling vacancies and generating revenue* Repurpose shortlists and market intelligence from each search

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills* Ability to work under pressure and meet targets* Experience in recruitment or sales* Strong understanding of the recruitment industry* Ability to develop specialist knowledge in a specific area* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite* Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum
