Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Stott and May. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Growth: Establish an effective sales plan, identify target clients, and utilize database and recruitment systems to achieve business development targets.
  • Candidate Management: Source, qualify, and present high-quality candidates to clients, while maintaining excellent relationship-building skills and adhering to equal employment opportunity principles.
  • Client Management: Demonstrate expert consulting skills, provide timely advice, and manage client expectations in line with market conditions.
  • Leadership and Culture: Lead by example, support corporate initiatives, and contribute to team business plans.
  • Compliance: Demonstrate commitment to risk management, adhere to company standards and legislative requirements, and escalate non-compliance issues promptly.
Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven track record in recruitment business development, sales, or related field.
