Membership Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Supplier and Partnership Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop your skills in business development, partnership management, and event administration.
As a key member of the Bucks & Berks Recruitment PLC team, you will be responsible for building relationships with partner suppliers, requesting assets, and creating newsletters. You will also manage incoming enquiries, take orders, and ensure that admin and management systems are up-to-date.
A keen interest in sports, particularly golf, is beneficial, but not essential. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and strong organisational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
We offer a competitive starting salary of £24,000 + 5% bonus, plus opportunities for career growth and development in a dynamic and exciting industry. Our office is based in High Wycombe, Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4pm.
