Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated National Account Manager to join our team at Andros UK Ltd in Hammersmith.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of formulating account strategies that drive growth and exceed objectives. They will be responsible for understanding and utilizing commercial processes to effectively manage day-to-day tasks, including range, distribution, space, cost prices, promotional plans, and instore and digital execution commercial administration.
This role requires the ability to work closely with customers, being seen as part of their team while remembering you work for Andros. The successful candidate will have a strong financial and commercial understanding, with the intellect and curiosity to interpret performance and recommend action.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing one or more major UK retailers, ensuring accurate internal communication to the supply team regarding promotions/changes to distribution and keeping up-to-date customer files.
A minimum of 2 years' national account experience is required, with a strong skills set in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
