Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Administrator to join our team at East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust. Main Responsibilities
  • Provide a high standard of customer care to patients and employees, responding to queries and concerns in a polite, sensitive, and professional manner.
  • Accurately input and access information electronically, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to standard procedures.
  • Monitor email enquiries, respond promptly, and forward to other team members or services as necessary.
  • Participate in the promotion and delivery of wellbeing events, including developing posters, leaflets, and intranet pages.
  • Assist in the local induction, training, and support of new employees in the Health at Work team.
