Customer Service Administrator

Agenda Partnership is seeking an experienced and dedicated Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing customers via phone and email.
  • Manage customer ticket queue alongside team members, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Process online quotations and orders, and input orders onto the system.
  • Collaborate with the customer service manager to deliver outstanding service.
  • Assist with delivery issues and other administrative duties as needed.
Requirements:
  • Prior customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with online Helpdesk systems, specifically Freshdesk.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
