Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Administrator to join our team at East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust. As a key member of our Health at Work team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our patients and employees.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing confidential health records, responding to email enquiries, and participating in the promotion and delivery of wellbeing events.

Main Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and employees, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage confidential health records, ensuring accurate and secure data entry and retrieval.
- Respond to email enquiries, providing clear and concise information and escalating complex issues to senior team members.
- Participate in the promotion and delivery of wellbeing events, including the development of promotional materials and the coordination of events.
- Assist in the local induction, training, and support of new employees in the Health at Work team.
